Structured training

Our training programs are designed in 3-week blocks with each week building on the last. This system allows your body time to adapt to the training stimulus, whilst still providing adequate variation.

The importance of nutrition

Each training program comes with a nutrition pack that aims to fast track and enhance your results. Nutrition is just as important as training and we have the appropriate coaching staff to ensure you are well fuelled.

PROGRAMS DESIGNED FOR YOUR GOALS

STRENGTH AND SIZE

The STRENGTH AND SIZE program focuses on building up your maximum strength whilst also creating significant hypertrophy. The program includes 4 strength sessions, 2 upper body and 2 lower body. For those also looking to work on their fitness, conditioning sessions can be added to create a 5-day or 6-day split.

This program can be completed online, or in-person at our Somerville facility.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

The STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING program is a great all round program that addresses all aspects of fitness. The program combines 3 full-body strength sessions with 2-3 conditioning sessions delivered on alternating days. This program is ideal for those looking to improve general fitness and/or drop some body fat.

This program can be completed online, or in-person at our Somerville facility.

ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

Our ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT programs are designed to improve your game day performance. Targeting everything from speed, to maximal strength and aerobic capacity, each program will ensure you leave no stone unturned.

Specific programs available include football athlete, court-sport athlete (basketball and netball) and combat sport athlete.

FEMALE STRENGTH

FEMALE STRENGTH is one of our in-house strength programs developed by coach Brooke Gizas. This program covers all aspects of strength, whilst addressing the specific needs and wants of our female members.

STRONG RUNNER

The STRONG RUNNER program is designed to create strong and healthy running athletes. This program combines 2-3 full-body strength sessions with 2-3 days of track work. This program can be adapted to suit anyone, from beginners all the way up to elite level runners.

ADVANCED TRAINING

ADVANCED TRAINING is our personal training service aimed at providing a 1:1-1:3 training environment for anyone that requires a more personalised and in-depth training structure. This type of training is especially useful for early stage rehab, youth athletes and those who are new to training.

GYM ACCESS

Our GYM ACCESS membership provides members with access to all of our programs and in-person coaching. Our coaches are on the floor from 6-10am and 2-8pm Monday to Friday and 7-11am Saturdays and are there to help you out with anything you may need. Membership options range from 2 days to full access.

Our online training system provides you with the opportunity to experience our in-house training and coaching from anywhere around the globe.
