Hybrid fitness is for those that want to work on their strength, but also enjoy getting the heart going. Sessions typically start with strength, before finishing off with a cardio finisher.
3-day’s of strength training that focuses around leg and core development! This program pairs well with our conditioning sessions.

Our group programs are designed in 3-week blocks. This system allows your body time to adapt to the training stimulus, before moving onto the next variation.
The importance of nutrition
Each training program comes with a nutrition pack that aims to fast track and enhance your results. Nutrition is just as important as training and we have the appropriate coaching staff to ensure you are well fuelled.
